about
i’m tisha, and officialmindstudio is my practice-passion-purpose project. i’m a human based in mumbai who spent years studying the mind, graduating with an msc in clinical psychology and currently building my practice as a psychologist, while quietly exploring the creative world on the side.
i call this a "studio" because i’ve always been a multi-passionate soul who loves knowing and doing a little bit of everything. on any given day, you can find me diving into code, designing interactive spaces in framer, learning illustrator to create visual posts, or strength-training at the gym. my favorite daily ritual involves exploring different coffee estates and brewing a fresh cup in my moka pot.
for a majority of my life, i felt like i couldn’t quite relate to the people around me. but eventually, i realized the missing piece: i wasn't expressing or representing my true self enough to let people in.
this studio is my intentional space to change that. it’s an accumulation of my work, my introspective writing, and my creative experiments. i use my understanding of psychology and design to build meaningful digital spaces that feel less like rigid templates and more like real, breathing human beings.

i write on substack, my raw reflections, insights, and creative musings. think of it like an extension of this studio, landing directly in your inbox.
